If you have patched after 9/13/2005 YOU CANNOT PLAY ON AN EQEmu SERVER
0.6.4 is the same thing as 0.6.3 (which is the same thing as 0.6.2) with a few bugs worked out and such. There has been no progress towards compatibility with EQLive. This will continue to be the case until the Devs feel that EQEmu supports enough of the features of EQLive to again focus on keeping the EverChanging (you like that?) network code up to date.

Yeah, I dunno what's going on with EQVerCheck, but it should not be saying that your version (EQ Live) is compatible with EQEmu 0.6.4.

I would also like to make sure that you realize that there is a problem with widescreen displays and from past experiences, some errors in resolutions above 1024x768 on some clients.

I had bought EQ Trilogy and installed it on my new computer and its running fine, even with its widescreen display.
