It seems like that's the safe point of the zone. It happens in several zones especially with pets. When I did a #zone neriakc, I telported the that zone's safe point (past the Cleric's guild?) and there were multiple skeleton pets there where I was standing. Seems like an issue with PEQ's database because I don't seem to get it with cavedude's.

The reason this is happening is the Z'height of the spawns is out of bounds i.e like -3243 rather than 20 typically. When an NPC spawns, it goes to it's determined spot according to spawns2 table, but if the z is way off, the npc spawns at 0,0,0. If you target the npc and do a #loc, you will get it's location, but it will not say 0,0,0. I fixed this easily in the database editor.
