No, if you search for EQ2 emulators you'll find myriad broken links, and forum discussions about the attempted EQ2Emu that went buh-bye.

Also: EQ1 > EQ2 (Graphics alone don't make a game worth playing, the gameplay is what really counts, to me at least.)
