I do not believe this to be true, I do believe; however, I could be wrong, that this is an issue with the opcodes and since there is support for multiple clients, (the server pulls the correct opcodes file for that client if it is supported and the file exists) this should not affect the behavior of the 0.6.2 client. Now I do not want to send you down the wrong path so you might want to get this confirmed by one of the developers first but here is a link the wiki page that explains how to find opcodes:

Dont want to fix it? The issue is we have one active Developer and he (FNW) has been doing a lot of other things.

There was a time when we had 10-20 active developers but those days are long gone, EQEMU is being kept alive by users submitting bug fixes at this point.

ah. didnt know the "team" was so small. i would have guessed 3-5 people submitting stuff "as can". but in the absence of a "formal list" posted somewhere, asking questions/creating discussion is the only way to find out. know what i mean?

anyway i'll try what i can to root this out and maybe make some titanium people happy (or fail trying). we shall see.

While I agree with Matt, there is one core dude that seems to carry most of the weight anymore (poor, poor FNW - underpaid, underappreciated)... there are those "waves" of devs who come through for a few months at a time and make vast improvements. I wish to gods I was one of those... but alas, I am not a real coder, thus not confident enough to make public changes to the Emu. I'd love to.

For now, I just troll a lot and try to help where I can. If you tell me how to debug, I will give what I can to this project.

Yes, log into the EQEmu irc server and go to #support, basicaly you just need to catch FNW on, Doodman still does help with IRC related stuff so you can talk with him too.
