That fixed it. Issue was the resolutions weren't matched up

which resolutions? how do you exactly fix the problem?

Default Fix
Well I had a wide screen monitor, resolution or 1600X1200 or w/e it is. Titanium unpatched doesn't support that, so I had to lower my screen res to 1024 by whatever and adjust the game to that resolution also.
