I really am not all that computer savy but it looks like its trying to load default, and then when fails, goes to default

[Sun Apr 15 15:37:15 2007] Warning: file EQLSUI.xml not found in directory UIFiles\default\. Attempting to use file from Default skin.

I checked my directory and I do have eQLSUI.Xml, I don't know why its not being found. Any idea?

I too, had just installed titanuim. No Idea why this is happening but I would greatly love it if someone could help me =)
