It's perfect for playing on an EMU public server, but I want something similar (if it exists) for local LAN play as well. Thanks for any assistance.

The Titanium version of the client limits copies of EverQuest that don't have focus to 10 FPS (down from ~150 in an empty Tutorial zone, verified w/ FRAPS). It also lets you move your mouse seamlessly out of the window, onto other applications, etc. So, unless WinEQ 2 does something more (tabbed windows, thumbnails, etc), this shouldn't be needed just to run multiple instances of EQ. You might just have to turn down the resolution to fit multiple instances of EQ to fit on your display, which is where multiple displays can come in handy
