I agree with the jest3 crew. After any new emu pops up and the fun of being an admin is gone, don't let your skills go to waste. There are a few servers that have put their hearts into the game and can take the "nagging" load off you while you can continue to develop. Several of my developers over the last year have had that same situtation and it all makes a sound group. I take the slack, they make the code. J/K But really, being a server op is more about being a punching bag. Its ultimately your choice of what makes the server good/bad/ugly and usually you're on point for any griefer that comes into the game just to start stuff. Believe me, there is a lot of those kind of people who take so much pride and peeing in someone's wheaties. My thought and reccomendation, have 0% tolerance. Know what your line in the sand is, if someone crosses it don't feel reluctant...be swift. Keeping a bad apple around always pollutes something.
