Default Eqemu and Vista

Im looking a gaming laptops, mainly because Im more on the road these days. And I was wondering if eqemu server works with Vista? The laptop im looking at is 2.5GHz, 2GB ram, 512mb NVIDIA... so I should be ok to host a private server via minilogin. I had one other question. How many GBs are required to run an eqemu server.. including all map files, all water maps, all sql (peq), mysql (which is best for vista?), perl (which is best for vista?), apache (which is best for vista?), eqemu, and titanium client? I think titanium client takes up 4.42GB IIRC.)

thanks in advance,

Aena
