Remove:


<address>192.168.0.0.1</address>
<localaddress>127.0.0.1</localaddress>

and then you will need to use Port RANGE Forwarding in your router to forward the port range of 7000 to 7100 and also port 9000. And if you want to use the EQEmu Management web utility, you also want to forward port 9080 (you already have it enabled in your config).
