I added more logging to try to narrow it down more. I also made a change that might stop the freezing. Maybe. But there is still a bug in there somewhere.

not sure what that did but it actually unloaded most of the zone that time before crashing all it left was the sky here is the log

and if you notice you got rid of the double leaving zone bit as well its deffinatly progress!!

Exception in : TWorldUpdateThread.Execute is the error that pops up now it was intermittently popping up before but now its doing it consistantly

the confusing part to me is that your copy works fine that one has me scratching my head a bit

Added more logging. Looks to be a problem freeing textures.
Your DX should be fine.
