Unable to connect to server (with dbg.txt)

Yes, it is illegal to ask for files. The rules of the forums clearly state that. Go buy a legal copy of Titanium. Illegal copies mostly don't work, and will absolutely not be supported on these forums.

Ok its pretty clear that that isn't the problem. Someone else is having the exact same problem as me and he installed it from the discs.

We have tried basically everything we have found and it still doesn't work.

This is what exactly happens to both of us.

Start EQ Up
Login to server select
select server
get to loading screen
loading screen finishes loading
boots us back to login

Some servers don't even let us get to loading screen just freezes and brings us back to login.

I'd also like to add that I get the error 1017 without fail after failing to connect at the server selection page.

Ugh I'm terribly embarrassed why is there no edit function.
Anyway, I also want to add that this happens with every server.
