The cfg file didnt work as I thought it would so the only way around it is to create a char then when he dies and you crash out open up eqadmin and set his lvl to 30 and give him 600 hps. when he falls if you are in gm mode you will be protected. You can then go to a safe spot and camp. Then reopen eqadmin set the lvl back to 1 and the hp's back to 27. Everything should be ok then. Unfortunately I havent found a DB where Shar Vahl is populated yet so Shar Vahl is quite lonely and boring at the moment.
