This happened to me on live back when SOE made the first graphic update... the one that made all the players look better, skeletons better, and the new elemental pets were updated. I think it was Luclin?

Anyways, for me it had to do with a lack of system memory, and I had to turn off the Luclin skins untill I upgraded. You're system memory up to par?

A friend of mine had this issue after patching to Live and then trying to play on our emulated server. It had updated some of his graphic files.

There's no chance that that's happened to you?

Fixed it up, thanks for the help. Apparently even after you completely uninstall EverQuest from playing on live and install titanium, it leaves files in the directory. You have to make sure to uninstall, then delete the entire directory, then install to play. Works 100% now.
