It looks like you might have the incorrect version of Perl installed. If you are running version 5.8.something, that might be part of the problem.

Also, I don't know what version of server code you are running, but I see you are sending opcode 7752 when connecting, which is the ack packet opcode for Titanium. For some reason, it looks like it isn't finding a match to your server. You may need to make sure you moved all of your /utils patch .conf files directly into your /eqemu server folder. It should be finding a match, but looks like it is expecting something else. Either that, or that could just be normal and the perl issue is causing other problems.
