Your server code version and database version do not match. Make sure to get R384 from the SVN as it is the most current and matches the DB version you got. The EQTime error shouldn't really cause any server halting problems, but if you want to get that, you should download it from the download page from the main page on this website. If you get 1129 from the downloads page, it includes the EQTime file you want as that file never changes.

Default Where can we get eqtime.cfg
I get the missing eqtime.cfg error, couldn't find it in the google svn. Where can one get the file currently?
