All problems solved. I downloaded AX's server repack, its awesome. Easy to install, all the goodies PLUS tools to edit tweak etc. Sooooo much easier than trying to figure out all the compatibility issues and sourcing things in the hard way. I would suggest using it for anyone like me that just wants to play the game without having to worry about all kinds of other stuff.
