World.exe keeps crashing

Ok to get my account to stop crashing the world, I had to delete all of its characters, but now certain people still crash the world when they try to get on and it's pretty hard to tell who is going to crash it

Did you summon custom items on these characters?

no, the thing that's weird is the only character on that account was a level 1 which means they had just made them. At first I thought it meant rangers were bugged because I had one on my account, but then I realized a bunch of people have made rangers. It seems kind of random which people will crash it.

You'll probably have to compare all the accounts that have this issue with ones you know don't to figure out the cause.

I compared all accounts that do it with the ones that worked, I compared the characters as well. There are no similarities. Random people just crash the entire server. It only happened after I updated to the latest build
