I had the same issue a few months ago, 1 of my 3 LS accounts just stopped working (one of my oldest) one day. The problem with the "Change LS Password" is that you NEED the original password to change it, If that password isn't working then you are SOL. I was unable to get the issue resolved...

Same this. I want to get my account password. And my original password isn't working. Who can help me!!!
