Some Questions

First hello everyone. I decided to take a look at a classic eq server as i played this game few years ago. I played until PoP came out (which ruined it imo). I also didnt really like luclin. I loved the game just b4 luclin came out.

I have a few questions now im a lil bit confused.

1. Are there more than just one classic servers? If so which one has the biggest population and what are the differences between the servers?

Id like to play on a server where velious and kunark are included but not luclin.

2. Whats the different between this forum and the project1999.org forum?

3. I playd a pally back in the old times, but i always wanted to be MT and were a lil sad as warrior was always better than me. So i would like to create a warrior this time, is warrior still the best MT on classic server? (grp, raid?)

4. What races are good for a warrior?

I'm fairly new to EQEmu, but I'll do my best to try and offer some insight:

1. I have seen multiple 'classic' servers. If you go to the main page of this site, on the right under 'Loginserver', click on 'Server Listing'. Here you can see the servers by the number of players logged in (Project 1999 appears to be the largest population base), then if you click 'view' you can see the server details to get an idea of what sets one apart from another.

2. This forum is for EQEmu in general. The Project1999.org forum is the server-specific forum. Like, in the day, the Sony/EQ forums would cover the game as a whole where Berthall.com was the server forum for the live Bertoxxulous server. The server details mentioned in the previous paragraph should note the forum URL for each particular server.

3. I, too, played a Pally and think the Warrior class will always be superior in the role of MT. I'm sure the Warriors were always a little sad that they took longer to recover when trying to solo... (just trying to cheer you up ;c) )
