you can simply ADD the timer to a spell file OR, even better set class level to 255 to prevent its usage, if they not suppose to be usable =)

I've extensively worked with these discs for my server(made multiple ranks of all of them), they certainly add alot of diversity to melees.

The timer issue Trev is talking about is that some of them share the same disc timer, so you will have discs with no reuse timer being blocked after using a disc with a reuse timer because the timers were not separated. Changing the timers fixes the problem.
