Update: Drowned Citizens are now KOS..... I remember "exploring" in my noobie days and falling in the dark water and not doing ANYTHING and getting WOMPED... =D

Are you sure? I'm not really certain. I remember pulling skeletons back in the day and some were definitely kos... but maybe not all of them

Anyway I may not get much more done tonight, I did enough for one day including the whole actual spawning of Khrix's Abomination for the eru cleric shield quest. (but the abomination spawns at carpet instead of in the little room behind Khrix cause I thought that made more sense... and I made it slightly more impressive. ::

Skeletons were always KoS but decaying skeletons (level 1 - 2) were not. There were some skeletons at that cave entrance in Toxx that were KoS however. I don't remember if they were decaying or not.

Decaying skeletons weren't kos, but did assist.

The skeletons to Paineel entrance were on Eru sk/necro factions, not everyone was kos. The zone origonally (well, ok origionally it wasnt even there, but..) just set you back to the entrance of it w/o any mobs there. Then before the zones opened up, the skeltons were added as a warning for players to be careful entering once it was available.

looking forward to this when it's done. Are you going to disable luclin models? that would be cool if you do.
