Default Can't find or spawn my custom NPC

Hmm this seems like it should work, but it isn't. I just created my first custom NPC using George's NPC Editor, following his tutorial. I found the LOC I wanted to spawn the NPC at in-game in Katta Castellum, went into the editor, gave it the next unique ID, name, started the spawngroup editor and followed all the steps to create a spawngroup ID, location information, etc. However, entering the game doesn't make her spawn, neither does reloading world, etc. When I search for her in game with #npclist <name> she is listed with the correct coordinates (which should be right in front of me), but she isn't there. Any suggestions? I'm not sure if there's something I'm missing to spawn NPCs.

Thanks in advance.

It's a great feeling when it works!
