World.exe crashing when somebody joins...

Checked my config, matches my previous one.

Still getting the 'YOU HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED!' message upon hitting enter world at char select.

I've made the zone (kaladima) that the specific char is entering static, but to no avail.
