I don't recall ever seeing an NPC on live using a mount.

Would be awesome, though.

One example that I know of is in the SoD raid event in old field of scale. Emperor Ganak rides a flying Sokakar(sp?) ie Iksar raiding the winged Sokakar mount.
You can make it out in the screen shot bellow.

Though just as interesting would be what the heck animation they used to make those dragons fly... Looked and high low through the animation list and can't find anything
close to what are in the screen shots for that event. But thats a problem for another day.

Try race 530 with #doanim 123 or #doanim 124
While that won't accomplish a true flying effect I bet If you forced an animation loop with a quest script it would simulate the flying effect.

I already messed around with animation loops using those two, doesn't really ever look right cause they fully land in mid air ect, nor does it look like how the dragons look in the screen shot for that event.
