Om I fixed it. I reran the 1711 update sql and now it works fine. I am on revision 1751 and the account table is missing a column then 1711 adds. This is the issue.

it seems their is a lots little fixes that didnt get applied .. :( i found out about that 1711 for login and for bots later you will miss a corrupt colums ... thats another patch to apply ...
