2nd.... Thats most likely lag. What connection, What zone, What class, What race?
3rd.... Some zones are like that. I dont know what to tell you, search for getting stuck or something like that. I dont think there is an answer for this yet.
4th....Fix the safe loc (I think) for that zone. Either the safe point or the starting point in the database. Not completely sure about this one either, so dont count on this fix for sure.
