Code:
select distinct n.id, n.name, s.respawntime from npc_types n
       inner join spawnentry se on n.id = se.npcID
       inner join spawn2 s on se.spawngroupID = s.spawngroupID
       where s.zone = 'fearplane' and n.name like '%cazic%';

| id    | name        | respawntime |

| 72003 | Cazic_Thule |      281232 |

1 row in set (0.00 sec)

Just replace 'fearplane' with the short name of the zone you are interested in, and %cazic% with the mob name. The % signs are wildcards.

There is also a 'variance' column in the spawn2 table to allow the mob to spawn within a window around it's 'respawntime'.
