Ranger BOTS are healing the mobs

Update past rev 2087. I made a change in spdat.cpp that I thought was added previously that adds another check to the nuke code to make sure the spell is an actual damage spell. That revision also has a bunch of other improvements for bots, so it would be worth upgrading. Let me know if you still have the issue after updating the source.

Unless, of course, you are using the rev 2068 executables, where I would suggest attempting to download the source and compile yourself.

I compiled the latest source and everything appears to be working now
