Right. I actually like the minilogin a lot when I'm just running around offline by myself. It's actually the only way I've been able to get my own instance of the game up and running.

Not sure why I have so much trouble using the full EqEmuLogin server, but I'll try some of the suggestions above and see how it works out.

You don't need to run your own login server(most everybody else doesnt either). Run world and zone(through the bat file) and that is all you need.
