And this is the only error that you are getting?

EQEmu rev2142 was May 13th which isn't that dated, and nothing has changed since then that would cause this.
Make sure that you have the latest database with all of the necessary SQL updates sourced.

Make sure that EMuShareMem is being loaded correctly. It would be helpful if you would post the entire world log.
