Gizm, what's your internet provider. I accessed the P99 forums and a bunch of other people are having the exact same problem. All of them happen to be using Att uverse as am I. So I'm guessing they fk'd something up

Also AT&T uverse. Should I call them again?

Default Same prov

I also have att and cant access site or get to login screen in game. When I tether frim my ohone I can though. Called att abd after an hour the level 2 tech said he wiuld put in tucjet with networj engineering.

Have you tried going to the site by ip? The address should be http://67.23.190.71

If that works then you should be able to set that ip in place of the domain name in your eqhosts.txt file. If those both work, your issue is likely just bad dns from your hosting service. If so, you should be able to set it to a standard dns server in your router configs.
