Support::General SupportPost all topics here having to do with errors while trying to connect to an EQEMu server but not about the setup/running of the Server itself.
Not to put down eq2emulator hosting, but I think that is a coincidence. It looks to me that eq2emulator may be running out of John Adam's place or a cox business line (coming from Arizona I can speak to cox not being the best internet provider, infact in the phoenix area their speeds are laughable its so saturated - but they are really the only option).
Rogean is running eqemulator in the Boston/Cambridge area so they should really be going completely different routes.

after being on with support they said they were pushing the tech support to level 3 and after going to bed and waking up, I can connect again. not sure who was messing up but that was very weird
I just came home from work, sat down, and it's all working now. Website, the game, all lights green like nothing was ever wrong. I don't think I did anything to fix it. I encourage others having this issue to try it again.
Thanks everyone for all the help, I really appreciate it.
