Bumping again (been awhile) to see if anyone might have a solution to this.

I can't change anything in your forum profile or do anything about LS accounts at all, but maybe this will help. I won't give the full email address, but here is a partial for the email tied to that account:

Maybe you can figure it out from there and get access back to that account to do the reset? You still won't be able to change the LS passwords for that forum account unless you know what the existing ones are. Maybe Rogean will have a solution in place for password resets sometime in the future. He has been throwing around a couple of ideas for a secure solution to LS password resets today, so maybe something will be implemented for it before too long.

Luckily, I know the LS account / PW.

Going to go try that email now, hoping it hasn't been discontinued!
