zone.exe crashing?

Looks like something wrong with your Perl. If you're compiling for 32-bit you want to use Perl 5.12 which is available here: http://eqemu.github.com/

I will try again with 5.12 of perl but the last time I uninstalled 5.16 which is what I am using right now, it told me that zone.exe wouldn't run without 5.16 specifically. Is there a way to fix that error? Will I need to recompile or something?

EDIT -- The above worked lol i've been messing with this for most of the day without success and all I was missing was recompiling after I installed the old perl

Did this work just with recompiling? I accidentally installed 5.16 first (wasn't working.)

Now it's erroring on zone.exe after re-installing 5.12. I've recompiled/loaded the new exes, still no go. Must be missing something here....
