Ok, more info. Maybe this makes this not worth bothering with, though its nice to know why.
This bug only seems to occur in the guildlobby (maybe hall, didnt test that yet).
I went to hollowshade and took off all my gear.
AGI: 94
I cast Cat on myself.
AGI 120
I then fiddled with gear, etc - no problem. Hmm, I said, why not today... I then realized all my previous testing was while in the guild lobby. I zoned up. My AGI jumped to 187.
Is this some mechanism to avoid encumbrance while in GL? Seems arbitrary and didn't change encumbrance for me in this instance. All other stats seem unaffected.
And, #showstats was correct. Only the GUI is wrong in the guild lobby.
