You could actually use GeorgeS' tools from your computer to directly connect to his database and edit them without having to send him anything. He would just have to create you an account in his respective database editor, whether it be
Navicat or
HeidiSQL, there are several guides on how to create users that can be found on the internet, he can limit it your IP as well. Once this is done you can modify the .ini file used for GeorgeS' tools to his database, IP, username, and password. If I confused you even more, just tell me, I can explain it better and take screenshots and show you what I'm talking about, if necessary.
