you are not having the same issue just looks like it. If when booting your server the get multiple zone start/stops I assume you followed the guide and loaded the database from peqbeta_2013-xx-xx-xx
x.tar.gz?
If thats the case this is what you have to do
unzip the PEQBETA file to a work folder
When you start to build your database you will
source in peqbeta_2013-11-08-02_01.sql (or whatever build you have)
source in source_views.sql
source in user_tables_2013-11-08-02_01.sql
Then goto your C:\EQ\source\utils\sql\git\required
source in 2013_11_07_BaseData.sql (orwhatever is cueernt for you)
Source in the rest of the XXXX.sql in that folder
