They both have something to do with focus, seems Fc is more focus effects and Ff is for focus limits, not sure what they stand for.

Also, Doom seems something to do with casting. Like Doom Dispeller we call SE_CastOnCurer

Edit: Focus Change and Focus Fail? idk
