Default Limiting Expansion

Hello all,

I am currently trying to make a custom server and have started small by trying to limit the expansions available to all non-GM accounts, and start with Classic.

I have changed the Expansions Variable to '0' as indicated by:

http://www.eqemulator.net/wiki/wikka...iables#current

I have also gone into my database and toyed with allowing only accounts with a certain access number > 0 (I set it at 80) to be able to zone into Kunark zones. When doing this, it allows the account to make an Iksar and zone into CabWest, yet then pushes them to the Arena.

What am I missing?

My goal is to get the prompt during character creation that you cannot create this character because the expansion is not available.

Please help or let me know if I need to provide any other information.

Thanks

Try char_create_combinations. It has an expansions_req column that you may set to 9999 in order to keep a certain race-class combination from being used.
