So I found this server after getting pretty excited and subbing for Ragefire, only to find out it probably wouldn't be what I was hoping for.

I'm surprised I hadn't noticed this server before since I'm always checking out eqemu, but its exactly what I was looking for.

A nice nostalgic leisurely stroll through the world of EQ, and it seems like a great community too. Rolled a toon w/ a RL friend and we are having a great time

I'd highly recommend it if you're looking for a classic/casual experience, but are turned off by the issues with ragefire, or the toxicity of p1999, as I was.

Well hopefully when Legacy of Froststone launches it will even further fill that gap for players. One server will be for those that like to two box and like more expansions, LoF will have no boxing and strictly Velious.

Please no "What are you offering that p1999 does not" post. Those get old. Just because McDonalds is the top fast food franchise does not mean others cannot exist and fill a void.
