Besides the spellfiles, is there any other files needed for this server? I.E dbstr, globalload

Nope just the spells will get you going. Look forward to seeing you there as well as others, i'm always available at my email for questions to if you get stuck plus it seems some of the older players have returned so they can be quite helpful as well.
