monstalulz, If Im gathering what your saying correctly. You have a server setup and you never downloaded the actual client to play on? To answer your question, You need to download a version of everquest either "Titanium,SoF,UF,ROF,ROF2" before you are able to access your server.
To answer adrianD, you need to setup a Private login if you want to connect to your server from over the web and not let anybody else in. Or have it setup on the server menu like normal but lock it and make your accounts Gm accounts that can login past the lock status. The private login would be easier to be honest. There is indepth instructions on the wiki page on how to do it.
