#invuln doesn't allow you to get dps statistics from mobs to balance correctly.

soo, crank regen to 500k/s and a 500k/s hp buff

Well the server is being run by someone else now. You can see description here:

It indicates "minimal support". The new OP doesn't haven't much time for it.
Not really sure, but I think it was put up so former players could log on and play ?
I noticed it was down late last night, but I see it up again.
