I'm not sure where you picked up the not running on Win7.

I think you may still be able to run on XP..but, I haven't tested that of late.

Compiling is the issue due to Visual Studio requirements.


I haven't seen any recent comparisons..but, have always heard that linux runs a smaller footprint.

Just to clarify the hardware won’t run Win7, while the EQ compiler is smooth with Win7. Thank you for the reply. Hoping for others to chime in too
