Looks like this is an issue related to Strawberry Perl; the team is looking into it and will get back when we have an update

Update, we have a member of the team who has been looking into this and it hasn't exactly been straightforward. You can try downloading the latest binaries by running the update batch file in your server folder in the meantime

I'll let you know when I have more

The issue has been identified and a fix will be going in tonight; once I have validated this I will post back

This should be taken care of now; you just need to download the latest binaries in the eqemu_server.pl menu and you should be good to go

Default Zone still crashing with fresh install
I'm still getting this error with latest source code when zoning into multiple zones:
