Wrong Username/PW ?

So I'm getting wrong username and or password.
I reset my password, and tried again, same thing.
anyone else had the same issue, or know how to fix it?
I've tried case sensitive for both my username and password.

I've changed my pw to all lowercase, no special characters, same error

I am having the same issue. I tried to reset my password and it says " an email was sent with the new password" but no email was sent.

I tried starting a new account with a new email address, I successfully created the account, but then as soon as I typed in my credentials it says my username/password is wrong even though I know it wasn't as I created it 2 minutes prior.

I try to reset the password again, with the new account/email, and I have the same issue where it says I was sent a new password but was never sent a new password.

UPDATE: After several attempts I received an email with a new password. I used the new password to reset my password. It appeared to have been successful but then when I tried to log into The Hero's Journey it once again says my login info is wrong.

I'm having the same issue.

I just made my account, had to reset my password, managed to reset it properly but when I try log in on the client it gives me the error that username/password is incorrect.

This is the first time I'm logging in on the client so I'm not sure what the issue is. Logging into the website (eqemulator.org) with my new password is fine so I'm not sure why client isn't working.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I found out what the issue was. I needed to create a Loginsever Account (made on the home page). This is different from your Forum account (eqemulator.org).

Able to log in now, hope this helps.

For email send.

Login server account required in addition to forum account.

Usually needs to be simple password for loginserver (lowercase and numbers no special character... So avoid P4$SVv0rcl!
