Typically this is related to your processor being over a certain speed. I think it was around 4GHz where this issue would start to show up. The fixes for it vary by setup it seems. You can try setting processor affinity for eqgame to use a single core but it may not work. There is bunch of information about this on discord so probably need to get on there.
