Default What Database and Client Files Do I Need?

Hello,
After struggling with a bunch of broken options, I finally came across a working one-click EQEmu Windows installer. It looks like it installed a server directory and a separate code directory.

I opened Spire, and surprisingly, I was able to get the server running without much trouble!

Now I'm a little confused about the next step. I understand that selecting Velious as the expansion isn't enough to actually reproduce the Velious-era experience. Do I need a specific database, client, or additional files to get the old-era zones, UI, items, and graphics?

What would I need to install or configure to get everything as close as possible to the original Velious era?
