Sounds like a simlar thing to whats happening to me. As far as i can see we get no errors from the server side but still get #1017 errors on login.
Were both using win98SE as a server platform so this maybe the problem. I will change mine to NT4 SP6a tonight and see what happens.

Anyone running a win98SE as there server platform?
